I have tried many times to leave a review for this company but each time it gets deleted - coincidental I'm sure!!!!!!! We were ripped off by this compnay from start to finish, we were made to pay for repairs ourselves because they refused to ask the landlords, when we did have a workman come round he was incredibly rude and said some shocking things - unprompted (think Daily Mail man!!!!) they tried to keep all are deposit on moving out, and when we fought it they added new allegations (which were false) and it was like by piling on accusaitons they wanted us to quit We have a young baby and we had to borrow money from family to get by because they kept and took so much of the deposit - we didn't get most of it back and lost almst everything. worst decision we made renting thro these guys!!!

If you are buying or selling a property, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sadly we have made the mistake of going with another agent initially and despite this, Keith at W&R provided us with some sound support and advice in these strange economic times. If you want an honest sales cycle, look no further.

Utterly terrible company - they rip off people and families with outlandish and totally unsubstantiated charges upon check out of properties, throw around accusations of theft and speak to tenants like trash. This is on top of years of neglecting properties and refusing to make any of them habitable for people. Save yourself money and rent from someone else

I would air anyone considering White and Russel to be extremely cautious. Honest reviews are quickly removed wherever possible. There is a small but very unbalanced section of customer testimonials on their website. These are all of course 5 star. This is not accurate nor is it ethical to take away the voice of all service users.

I can't imagine using any other estate agent in Basingstoke. Keith and Sarah are incredibly helpful and brilliantly communicative in a range of ways. They really have gone out of their way to ensure a smooth process of both selling my property and buying my new house. Thanks!
